A terrific hotel in Ostuni - excellent room with comfortable bed, good shower. The breakfast room is stunning with delicious breakfast. The lobby is bright and attractive with a bar and a patio outside. The restaurant was good and even used the room service- everyone was so helpful and friendly. They cannot use the roof for safety reasons which is a shame but quite understandable. Had read some mixed reviews and was quite anxious about the spa - but no idea why what people were expecting There is a charge but you can spend an hour and it was super clean with sauna, steam room and shower for myself. Booked and enjoyed a very good massage. Easy 10 min walk into town

Although we were not there with children, we saw families at meal time and they seemed comfortable. We loved the hotel. Although we did not take advantage of the spa, the prices were reasonable. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent, as was the service. There was parking on the premises, which was much appreciated. There is not much to do in Ostuni. We visited a very interesting museum in town and went into a few of the shops, but spent more time visiting neighboring Oria. Ostuni is centrally located for visits to Alberobello and other towns in the area. We were very yappy with our choice of the hotel.

Almost Everything! The staff at the front desk in particular were very helpful indeed. The breakfast was first rate. A very enjoyable stay. Very good value.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast and very kind staff. Such a treat having car brought to door with a smile. Great restaurant recommendations from reception.. do ask as it’s hard to work out reviews.

Everything was just perfect. Especially the staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an evening meal on the terrace one night which was fantastic, breakfast was always good.

Terrific location, simple short walk into town. Lovely hotel and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms need some basic maintenance but overall glorious. Had junior suite, doesn’t have an outside balcony. If I sent again I’d get the double deluxe with balcony.

The hotel is a short walk from the historic centre but has car parking available and is easy to access by road. The room we had was compact but comfortable with a good shower.The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very traditional feel and while not the most exciting place we have stayed it offered a reliable, very pleasant place to stay.

This is an excellent little hotel, well located in Ostuni and with comfortable rooms and common areas. The breakfast spread is very good. Staff very helpful. I would highly recommend the Ostuni Palace and will come back to stay again next trip to Puglia. Thank you to all the staff.
